The Russian Fishery Company will present deep processed products from wild white fish to Chinese partners
Russian Fishery Company (RFC) will present a wide range of products from wild white fish - Pollock and herring, including deep-processed products - filet and minced meat, in the frame of China Fisheries & Seafood Expo 2019.
“China is one of the key markets for the Russian Fishery Company’s Pollock for processing and further export,” commented Fedor Kirsanov, RFC CEO. “We want to get Chinese consumer acquainted with single frozen products from wild white fish. We plan to develop sales of retail products in the Chinese market and are currently selecting a partner for this task.”
All RFC products presented at the exhibition, including fillets and mince, were produced and frozen at sea on the company's fishing trawlers. This ensures the preservation of all the nutritional and healthy properties of fresh wild white fish caught in the cold clean waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Wild Pollock is a unique product. This fish is a rich source of protein, low in fat and completely free of carbohydrates, which makes it ideal for those who lead a sporty, healthy lifestyle. Pollock contains Omega-3 and iodine, the daily rate of which is in a 100-gram serving.
Together with RFC Russian Crab Group and its partner company Primkrab will present crab products. The upcoming participation of Russian Crab Group in the exhibition in Qingdao is the company's first appearance as an independent player
Russian Crab and Primkrab will present three types of crabs - Kamchatka, Opilio, and Hairy. Catch quotas for two of the three terrestrial exhibition species in Qingdao - the Kamchatka and Opilio - were acquired at crab auctions. In addition to the declared products in Qingdao, Russian Crab Group also acquired quotas for the extraction of blue crab, opilio-birdie and isoship.
The exposition of the Russian Federation at the exhibition in Qingdao will be the largest for the entire period of participation. This year, the number of exhibitors at the national stand will exceed 30 companies. The delegation will be led by Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Fishery Petr Savchuk.
