The RFC fleet will be replenished by new professionals from Nevelskoy Maritime State University
The Russian Fishery Company (RFC) took part in placement of graduates of the marine engineering department at Admiral G.I. Nevelskoy Maritime State University (MSU). 5 cadets previously submitted applications for placement to the RFC. The career of marine engineers usually starts with the position of 4th engineer.
The main selection criterion was the average passing score, as well as previous shipboard training. Graduates will have to pass the state final certification, defend their graduation thesis. New professionals will join the crews of the RFC fleet, including new super trawlers, by early autumn.
The new RFC vessels are equipped with the most modern equipment, advanced technologies are used, which require a high level of training and qualification. The RFC is sure that competent new professionals with up-to-date professional skills will be able to properly keep marine watch.
Formation of cooperation programs with specialized educational institutions is one of the priority areas for the Russian Fishery Company. Providing jobs to successful graduates, as well as organizing training are elements of a comprehensive work to develop the company's human resources potential.
