Russian Fishery LLC (hereinafter - the Company or RFC) general meeting of shareholders approved an appointment of Fedor Kirsanov as a Company’s Chief Executive Officer starting from the August 1st, 2018. Previously Fedor Kirsanov held a position of Company’s Deputy CEO. Under his supervision the Company had launched large-scale new fleet construction project within a very short period of time.
The major RFC shareholder Gleb Frank expressed gratitude to Andrey Teterkin, who ran the Company for six years. During this period RFC demonstrated efficient and dynamic growth and became one of the leaders of the Russian fishery industry and a significant player at the world white wild fish market.
Fedor Kirsanov is an proficient top-manager, who hasmore than 10 years of experience in leadership positions, including such positions as а CEO and a Chairman of the Management Board at Gold Mining Company “Polyus” CJSC. In 2005 he obtained an MBA degree from the Fox School of Business & Management (Philadelphia, USA).
The RFC Board of Directors expressed confidence that under the leadership of Fedor Kirsanov the Company will continue successful development, implementing large-scale and ambitious projects.
