On April 8 to 10, the joint stand of the RFC and ZOR TA’M SIFATI (ZTS), its official distributor in Uzbekistan, welcomed visitors from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Oman, Poland, China, Japan, and other countries. During the exhibition, more than 50 business meetings were arranged at the stand to discuss cooperation opportunities, confirming the high interest of the Uzbek market in Russian fish products.
"Uzbekistan is one of the most promising and rapidly growing markets for us in Central Asia. We see consistent demand for high-quality affordable fish products and are ready to offer a product range that meets the expectations of both consumers and the restaurant industry. Participation in UzFood is an important step in the Russian Fishery Company's strategy to expand the company's export presence and strengthen its business connections on the international market."
Visitors showed great interest in the RFC's various products: pollock fillets and mince, surimi, butterfly herring fillets, as well as the processing partners' products (crab sticks. etc.). All the RFC's products showcased at the exhibition are produced and flash-frozen at sea on the company's fishing trawlers, preserving the nutritional and health benefits of fresh wild white fish caught in the pristine cold waters of the Pacific Ocean.
"It’s a great honor for us to represent the Russian Fishery Company and its high-quality products on the Uzbek market. Pollock is a fish rich in protein, iodine, and essential vitamins. For Uzbekistan, where iodine deficiency remains an issue, such products are of special value. We are confident that regular consumption of fish, especially if it's as healthy and affordable as pollock, will contribute to improving our people's diet and health."
During the exhibition, the organizers granted the company's stand an award for best design project, which was a clear recognition of the company's creative approach and high level of preparation. The stand design was developed with a focus on eco-materials, innovative elements, and contemporary design trends.
