Pollock baked with tomatoes and feta cheese

- Wild Pollock fillet – 150 g
- Feta cheese – 70 g
- Tomatoes – 100 g
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Cut tomatoes into slices, divide the feta cheese into small pieces and place with tomatoes on the fish.
- Add salt, pepper, a couple of drops of olive oil and sprinkle with Provence herb.
- Preheat oven to 180 °C. Put the Pollock on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
