- Wild Pollock fillet - 200 g.
- Egg - 1pc.
- Wheat flour - 50 g.
- Greens (dill / parsley) - 10 g.
Cooking
- Finely chop the Pollock fillet and greens, add the yolk and wheat flour, mix well and salt a little.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Form two patties, place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
- Place on a plate, sprinkle with herbs, serve with spaghetti or mashed potatoes.
