Production technology process
All the catch is processed on board and deep-frozen within a few hours after the catch. Thanks to modern technologies, deep processing of fish into fillets and minced products is carried out directly on board. Surimi production is possible directly onboard of the new supertrawlers. Fish oil and flour are produced from the waste of the main production, which ensures 100% waste-free processing.
